Chelford Parish Council is holding an additional meeting on 3rd July, 2025 to discuss the planning application for land to the east of the railway line.
The detail of the application is available on the Cheshire East Council website under planning reference 25/1584/FUL, Land East of Chelford Station, Chelford. The proposed development is described as, “Full planning application for the erection of 104 dwellings with landscaping and sustainable drainage, vehicular access of Knutsford Road, public open space including play space, and a non-vehicular link to Dixon Drive.”
Residents are invited to come along to the meeting to share any views you may have about the application with the Parish Council.
