Revised documents relating to the proposed development on land at Mere Hills Farm have been submitted to Cheshire East Council.
The new documents are dated 14-09-2026 and labelled:

- Swept path analysis
- Proposed site access arrangements
- Planning statement addendum
- Road safety audit designers response
Residents are encouraged to review these documents and submit any comments to Cheshire East Council using the planning portal. (Search using reference 26/2010/OUT)
The closing date for comments is 28th September, 2026.
