Manchester Airport has launched a Noise Information Portal which provides information about how the airport operates, how noise is managed, and how many flights operate close to a chosen location.
The portal offers informational videos, general information, as well as visualisations of a typical day at the airport and dashboards containing data relevant to your chosen location.
The Portal is split into four main areas:
- How does the airport operate? (Behind the scenes: understanding airport operations and aircraft activity)
- Your area (Discover what operations are over your area)
- What are we doing? (Discover the work that we are doing at our airport)
- Additional information and FAQs (Discover the answer to come of our frequently asked questions)
If, however, there is something that you want to know and the information is not available on the Portal there are also contact details for the airport.
